You will oversee daily operations in a vehicle reconditioning center, leading a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role focuses on maintaining quality, production, and cost objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement.

Requirements

• 5 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the Inspection Center
• Mentor direct reports and lead succession planning through coaching and training
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, and performance standards
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
• Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
