💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the people function at an AI-powered finance startup during hypergrowth. You'll partner with founders and leadership on talent strategy, culture, and organizational design. This is a hands-on role shaping the talent foundation of a category-defining company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design scalable people ops, performance frameworks, and compensation philosophy
  • Advise founders on organizational planning and headcount strategy
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for Product, Engineering, and GTM
  • Create onboarding, engagement, and retention programs

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as a People Lead or Head of People at a fast-growing tech company
  • Track record building people functions through hypergrowth (15→50, 50→150+)
  • Hands-on execution mindset with strategic thinking
  • Knowledge of UK/European employment law and compliance
