You'll lead enterprise sales for a crypto back-office platform, selling to large financial institutions. You'll win major deals and shape the sales culture in the New York office. This role offers high earning potential and direct access to senior leadership.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Win and close major deals with large financial institutions
- Run in-person deal reviews and set weekly rhythm
- Document messaging, objections handling, and deal structures
- Collaborate with Growth and Product on account campaigns
📋 Requirements
- 10-15+ years selling complex software to financial institutions
- Track record of winning large deals with senior decision makers
- Ability to raise performance of others without formal management title
- Network across banks, fintech, and crypto firms in New York

- Background in regulatory-heavy sales cycles
