💼 About This Role

You'll deliver deskside and remote support for Gecko's enterprise infrastructure, ensuring reliable technology services for end users. Your work will directly impact the availability of critical infrastructure by supporting robots, sensors, and AI platforms. This role stands out with opportunities to build automations and shape IT processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide deskside and remote support to employees
• Manage IT support tickets in Jira
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and asset management
• Build automated workflows and maintain documentation

📋 Requirements

• At least 4 years in an IT help desk role
• Cross-platform expertise in Windows and Mac OS
• Working knowledge of AV technology
• Ability to work 100% on-site in New York City

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Okta and Okta Workflows
• Experience with JAMF or Microsoft Intune
• Knowledge of Slack, Zoom, Cisco Meraki
