Description

In this hands-on role, you will lead and optimize manufacturing processes for current and next-generation launch vehicles, applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve performance and reduce waste. You'll work across integration, final assembly, and testing, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to launch, while mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Production, or Process Engineering
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with complex systems
• Clear communication and technical documentation ability
• Ownership mindset — spot problems and take action

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimise production for current and next-generation vehicles
• Design robust, efficient, and fault-resistant manufacturing and test processes
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve performance and reduce waste
• Deliver projects right-first-time, including CAPEX and process improvements
• Mentor junior engineers and support their development
