Description
You will support daily manufacturing of electrolyte powder for next-generation solid-state batteries, operating production and powder-handling equipment while following strict safety and quality procedures to ensure consistent product output.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, powder production, or similar environment preferred
- Comfortable working with powders, chemicals, and glovebox or controlled-atmosphere operations
- Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate records
- Ability to lift 50 lbs daily and wear required PPE
Responsibilities
- Operate mixers, reactors, dryers, jet mills, sieves, and packaging systems according to SOPs
- Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities
- Assist with equipment cleaning, changeovers, and basic maintenance
- Accurately weigh and stage raw materials and powders
- Package, label, and seal electrolyte powder per quality and safety requirements
