You'll manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for window replacement services. Your core impact is ensuring all set appointments are accurately documented to meet company standards. This role stands out with remote work and uncapped commission.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Dial out to up to 30 homeowners per hour for appointment setting.
• Handle heavy inbound call flow from marketing channels.
• Document and track all scheduled appointments accurately.
• Manage high call volume while multitasking through various systems.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Sales mindset and metrics driven.
• Ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
