Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will resolve service tickets, perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, and prepare vacant apartments for move-in. You'll also maintain the building and grounds while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Experience in building maintenance or education in trades
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergencies
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs
• Preserve building beauty and community safety via general upkeep and grounds maintenance
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents
• Work weekends/evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies
