Description

As a Lead Pantry Worker, you will supervise and train staff in food safety and guest relations, ensuring orders are prepared on time with high quality. You'll handle open/close procedures, cash handling, inventory audits, and compliance with health regulations.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in food service
  • Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations
  • Proper food handling certifications
  • Must pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied conditions

Responsibilities

  • Supervise stand operations including open/close procedures and cash handling
  • Ensure guest orders are prepared on time with acceptable quality and quantity
  • Inspect cleanliness, food quality, inventory, incidents and submit reports
  • Conduct monthly audits and daily inventory
  • Train and motivate staff according to health guidelines and company standards
