Description
As a Lead Pantry Worker, you will supervise and train staff in food safety and guest relations, ensuring orders are prepared on time with high quality. You'll handle open/close procedures, cash handling, inventory audits, and compliance with health regulations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years supervisory or lead experience in food service
- Knowledge of Southern Nevada Health Food regulations
- Proper food handling certifications
- Must pass TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Nevada training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in varied conditions
Responsibilities
- Supervise stand operations including open/close procedures and cash handling
- Ensure guest orders are prepared on time with acceptable quality and quantity
- Inspect cleanliness, food quality, inventory, incidents and submit reports
- Conduct monthly audits and daily inventory
- Train and motivate staff according to health guidelines and company standards
