🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as technical leader within Operations Support team
• Receive and work escalations from Support Team members
• Solve complex issues involving networking, security, virtualization
• Collaborate with Platform Engineers for advanced troubleshooting

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of cross-platform support experience
• 3 years in a Cloud Provider or MSP environment
• Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches
• Advanced knowledge of firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto)

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud orchestration tools (Ansible, Terraform)
• Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIP, CCIE)
• Experience with storage solutions (Pure, IBM, NetApp)
