Description

You will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and implementing doctors' orders with compassion and reliability. Flexible scheduling and short commutes allow you to focus on building meaningful relationships with patients from infants to geriatrics.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in good standing in Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes and follow a chosen schedule
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Provide hands-on care with one client, building relationships
