You'll drive revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts by helping organizations automate ERP processes with AI. You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close and engage with senior decision-makers like CFOs and CIOs. This role offers uncapped earnings and real ownership at a fast-growing Swiss SaaS scaleup.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Lead sales engagements from first contact to signed contract
- Deliver demos and presentations to executive decision-makers
- Negotiate multi-year SaaS agreements (CHF/EUR 100K+)
๐ Requirements
- Ownership mindset with drive to create impact
- Ability to connect with decision-makers and understand business processes
- Fluency in English essential
- Consultative and analytical problem-solving approach
