Description

You will assist Underwriters through all stages of loan due diligence and underwriting, primarily for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Affordable loans, managing your own deals with minimal oversight. You'll draft underwriting documentation, present deals to loan committee, mentor less experienced analysts, and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle all underwriting tasks for assigned deals, coordinating quality and timely delivery
