• Engage employees in-person across hospital sites to drive enrollment
• Guide employees through the enrollment process with empathy
• Build relationships with managers and key influencers

• 3-5 years in people-facing or activation roles
• Proven ability to meet measurable enrollment targets
• Comfortable working onsite 5 days per week across multiple locations
