Description

As the Sales & Service Manager, you will lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive sales performance. You'll analyze sales opportunities, coach team members, and implement strategies to ensure every guest receives outstanding service and product education.

• Constant movement in and around store, including sales floor and back of house

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
• Oversee Sales Service team to execute exceptional guest experience through assessing guest connection and product education
• Continue to build client relationships daily with customers
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives
• Partner with General Manager to build Sales Service strategy and execute implementation
