As a Senior Data Analyst on the Product Analytics team, you will drive data-informed growth strategies by partnering with cross-functional teams, designing and analyzing experiments, and delivering actionable insights to optimize user acquisition, activation, and retention.

Requirements

• Expertise in A/B testing statistics and experimentation end-to-end design
• Proficient in Python for advanced analytics and automation
• Advanced SQL and data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Hex)
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identify growth opportunities
• Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
• Define success metrics for product initiatives and ensure features deliver measurable value
• Build and maintain dashboards to surface growth trends and enable self-serve insights
• Design and implement event tracking plans to measure user behavior and feature performance
