Description

As an Inventory Lead at Misfits Market, you'll maintain accurate inventory records and ensure efficient product flow in the fulfillment center, directly supporting on-time customer deliveries and our mission to reduce food waste.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Comfort working in refrigerated environment (36°F)
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Work with receiving, packing, and shipping teams for seamless product movement
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Enforce FIFO practices and train new Inventory associates
