You'll provide an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic in Gurnee, IL. You'll share fandom knowledge, stock products, and merchandise the store while working the register. This part-time role is perfect for those passionate about pop culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor zone and ensure visual standards.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to navigate store, merchandise product using approved equipment, and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
