You'll own the global CS enablement strategy, designing programs that equip Customer Success Managers to drive retention and growth. Your work will directly impact how teams deliver strategic value across multiple regions and customer segments. You'll partner closely with leadership to close skills gaps and measure effectiveness.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Become subject-matter expert in e-commerce and Yotpo products
- Partner with CS leadership to identify skills gaps and measure impact
- Design onboarding and continuous enablement programs for CSMs
- Operationalize product readiness into actionable customer guidance
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of Customer Success enablement or similar post-sales enablement experience in SaaS
- Familiarity with Customer Success methodologies (value-based planning, health scoring, QBR/EBR)
- Experience with enablement systems such as Gong, LMS/CMS, Salesforce
- Proven track record designing and executing high-impact enablement programs globally
