Description

You will direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and multi-disciplinary team members, and provide physical and psychological support to residents and families. This role focuses on delivering person-centered care in a supportive community environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR certification
• At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired

Responsibilities

• Communicate a sense of caring and concern for elders
• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' medical conditions and treatments
• Provide care per wellness assignment sheets
• Process and complete required lab orders
• Participate in quality improvement and safety programs
