🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
• Manage applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct initial screenings of profiles and CVs.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 0 years of recruiting experience required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Work experience in recruiting (e.g., internship at a recruitment agency).
• German language skills.
