💼 About This Role

You'll lead the strategy and execution of back-office healthcare technology supporting billing, coding, and revenue cycle management at a mission-driven public benefit corporation. You'll own complex, full-stack product initiatives and integrations with payer and provider systems, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions for Federally Qualified Health Centers. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap for back-office and revenue cycle technology.
• Lead full-stack initiatives spanning billing, coding, claims, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Translate complex healthcare financial requirements into clear product requirements.
• Partner with engineering on architecture-aware decisions and sequencing.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with multiple years in a senior-level role.
• Strong healthcare technology background with hands-on experience in billing, coding, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven experience delivering products that support claims processing and payer interactions.
• Technical product management experience working on full-stack systems.
