You will engage online developer communities and build a champions program to turn Okta developers into champions. You'll work closely with the Developer Advocacy team to drive developer success and feedback to product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in developer relations
  • Excellent social media experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep understanding of developer communities and forums
  • Self-driven and able to work remotely with strong visibility

Responsibilities

  • Engage online developer communities (forums, social networks) to improve affinity toward Okta products
  • Create and execute a social media strategy
  • Capture and drive feedback to Developer Advocacy and product teams
  • Support Developer Advocacy team with community engagements
  • Build a champions program by identifying key influencers among Okta customers and the identity space
