Description
You will engage online developer communities and build a champions program to turn Okta developers into champions. You'll work closely with the Developer Advocacy team to drive developer success and feedback to product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developer relations
- Excellent social media experience
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Deep understanding of developer communities and forums
- Self-driven and able to work remotely with strong visibility
Responsibilities
- Engage online developer communities (forums, social networks) to improve affinity toward Okta products
- Create and execute a social media strategy
- Capture and drive feedback to Developer Advocacy and product teams
- Support Developer Advocacy team with community engagements
- Build a champions program by identifying key influencers among Okta customers and the identity space
