Description

You will lead the design and implementation of core backend services and integrations that power Wirespeed's detection and enrichment platform, collaborating with detection engineering and security operations to translate strategies into production-quality logic. You'll own high-impact integrations with security tools end to end, set technical standards, and mentor senior engineers.

Requirements

• Significant experience as backend/platform engineer building distributed systems and cloud-based services in production
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript/Node.js or similar modern backend language
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs or platforms
• Solid understanding of security concepts with expertise in endpoint detection, identity, SIEM, or detection engineering
• Proven ability to design and operate high-volume systems with strong reliability and observability

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of core backend services and integrations for detection and enrichment platform
