💼 About This Role

You'll shape Bree's next phase as a senior individual contributor owning end-to-end design across mobile and web. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to solve problems and ship meaningful improvements for underserved Canadian users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for major product initiatives
• Partner with engineers, CX, and business to scope releases
• Design intuitive experiences across mobile and web
• Use research and data to iterate on solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years designing and shipping consumer digital products
• Strong end-to-end product design experience
• Excellent product thinking and decision-making
• Proficiency with Figma

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or lending
• Familiarity with React Native
• Experience contributing to a design system
