Description

As an Analyst II on the Revenue Analytics team, you'll partner with sales to drive data-informed decisions, automate reporting with AI tools, and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data, helping shape the strategic direction of the Revenue organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years in analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics) or analytics at mid-to-large tech organizations
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Sigma, Looker, Tableau)
• Aptitude to learn Python and leverage AI tools for analytics
• Knowledge of sales analytics concepts: territory analysis, sales funnel conversion, sales velocity
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to sales team, using data analysis to inform business decisions, forecast performance, and prioritize territories
• Define internal KPIs, benchmarks, and goals; support sales compensation design and goal setting
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to automate and scale reporting and analyses for the Revenue team
• Generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources
