Description

You will define the PLM vision and strategy across the enterprise, manage a team of developers and technical leads, drive architectural decisions, oversee budgets, and partner with senior leadership to align PLM initiatives with company priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years engineering experience with 4+ years in people management, including 2+ years managing managers
• Expertise in Enterprise PLMs including architecture, customization (ITK, BMIDE, SOA, Workflows, AWC), and integrations
• Broad understanding of enterprise systems (ERP, MES, CAD, CAE, MBSE)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and enterprise-scale deployments
• Experience managing budgets over $2M and demonstrating ROI

• Define vision and strategy for PLM across the enterprise
• Manage a department of developers, solution engineers, and technical leads
• Oversee technical roadmap spanning multiple product areas and business functions
• Drive architectural decisions impacting PLM infrastructure and scalability
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives to transform engineering collaboration and product data management
