• Process Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately.
• Fax, scan, and manage medical record requests.
• Burn medical images to CDs and share electronically.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with detail.
