Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or platform roles
• Strong understanding of system architecture and technical trade-offs
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Fluency with SQL and data analysis for decision-making
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex product launches

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the underwriting and decisioning platform roadmap to support multi-product growth
• Manage complex dependencies and lead cross-functional alignment with Risk, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance
• Lead technical sprints, prioritize initiatives to improve underwriting throughput and reduce cycle times
• Translate risk and policy requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams
• Use SQL and data analysis to track performance and inform prioritization
