🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle cultivation construction from feasibility through turnover
• Coordinate HVACD, electrical, and environmental control system installations
• Manage capital budgets, cashflow forecasting, and critical path schedules
• Serve as single point of contact between HQ, site teams, and contractors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with controlled environment agriculture or indoor grow facilities
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, or similar construction software

• Experience with multi-site, multi-state expansion programs
• Strong understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure
