Requirements

• 5+ years in production planning, manufacturing planning, or supply chain planning in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, or MES systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production schedules and capacity plans
• Strong data analysis skills with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Experience monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with company objectives
• Utilize ERP/MRP/MES software to create and optimize daily manufacturing schedules
• Collaborate with senior management on long-term production strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust production plans to mitigate shortages
