Description

You will provide procurement support to the R&D team, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely purchasing of materials for NPI and production. This is a temporary contract role up to 6 months.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years of procurement, sourcing, or relevant supply chain or operations experience
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Organized, detail-oriented and a service mentality to internal customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment under minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support to the 10x R&D team for purchasing and tracking components for development and launching of new instruments and consumables
• Manage communication with key preproduction and production raw material suppliers and act as primary point of contact for supplier communication and issue resolutions
• Ensure timely issuing of purchase orders to support manufacturing need
• Maintain and set up purchasing and sourcing related data fields for assigned materials and suppliers in ERP system
• Monitor purchase order statuses and update or escalate if needed
• Assist accounting department in reconciling discrepancies on invoices
• Lead or support RFQ/RFP projects
• Build relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders
