💼 About This Role

You'll define and maintain the global security and safety roadmap for Pokémon events across multiple continents. You'll lead a growing team and provide onsite leadership at large consumer shows with 10k-50k+ attendees. This role requires travel up to 20% including international trips for the World Championships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define event security roadmap across North America, Europe, Latin America, Oceania, and World Championships.
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, developing training and processes.
• Partner with event teams to ensure security needs are met for players and attendees.
• Serve as escalation point for security and safety decisions at events.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record of leading event security operations for large global shows.
• Ability to travel ~20% domestically and internationally.
