🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead guest experience on the floor through coaching and feedback
• Build client relationships and analyze sales reports to strategize
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives
• Partner with Operations Visual Manager on reporting and inventory

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• Values feedback and is eager to receive and provide it
• High energy, upbeat, and self-motivated to achieve results

• Experience in retail or luxury goods
• Familiarity with yoga or activewear industry
• Previous experience with workforce scheduling
