You'll design and build backend systems for a fintech serving Hispanic immigrants, supporting features like banking and international transfers at scale. You'll maintain a lightweight microservice infrastructure and collaborate across product, design, and frontend teams to deliver new financial offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend to build new financial offerings.
• Establish new processes, software patterns, and tools to expedite development.
• Maintain testing and observability stack for system stability and proactive alerts.
• Plan engineering execution across different time horizons with leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering
• 2+ years using Python and Postgres
• Experience building backend systems that grow in complexity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL
• Experience with DevOps (Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes)
• Experience with pub/sub models (Kafka)
