Description

You'll manage day-to-day client activities, develop strategic communications programs, and mentor junior team members. You'll build client relationships and ensure high-quality integrated communications delivery.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills including development of Q&A, key messages, press releases
• Strong familiarity with Generative AI tools for communications planning, research, ideation, and content creation
• Ability to identify problems and find solutions under tight deadlines
• Maintain strong rapport with journalists and media members covering client industries
• Experience managing client budgets, tracking, and resource allocation

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client leader and maintain clear communication between client and account team
• Develop comprehensive, strategic, integrated communications programs aligned with client objectives
• Manage client relationships and serve as key contact and strategic counselor
• Support senior leaders in new business development and proposal creation
• Coach and mentor junior team members, delegate tasks and oversee quality implementation
