💼 About This Role

You'll lead compliance, safety, and risk management at a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, driving regulatory compliance and cultural transformation. You'll strengthen partnerships, oversee the Safety Committee, and embed proactive safety ownership throughout the site. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain safety programs, policies, and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, and USDA regulations
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
• Facilitate Safety Committee programs and audits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety or related field
• OSHA 30 certification (or obtain within 1 month)
• 5-7 years of safety experience in distribution or manufacturing
• Proven success leading Safety Committee programs

• Experience with FDA, USDA, and food-related regulatory agencies
