You'll serve as a Prompt billing expert, onboarding enterprise billing teams and providing support via our single-channel system. Your core impact is helping clients implement best practices and find creative solutions to meet their unique needs, driving overall success and loyalty. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard enterprise billing teams and train RCM staff on billing best practices.
• Assist sales cycle for enterprise prospects as needed.
• Provide training on submission, posting, invoicing, AR best practices.
• Build relationships with enterprise billing teams and configure workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in medical billing industry.
• 2-3 years RCM leadership experience.
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business or CPA/CFA certification.
• Experience working with enterprise RCM companies (100+ therapists).

✨ Nice to Have

• PT/OT/SLP experience strongly desired.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Strong technical skills and passion for learning software.
