Description

As a Return to Work Coordinator, you will oversee Carvana's Transitional Duty Program, coordinating safe and timely return-to-work accommodations for employees recovering from job-related injuries. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for injured employees, HR, and claims adjusters, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting a positive return-to-work experience.

Requirements

• Experience with Workers' Compensation claims, Leaves, HR or safety incidents preferred
• Effective dispute resolution and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle confidential personnel information
• Proven problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work accommodations for employees with physical restrictions
• Partner with Leaves and Accommodations Team to status employees on leave
• Serve as primary point of contact for Transitional Work Placement Program
• Issue Temporary Job Offers via Docusign
• Ensure compliance with return-to-work laws and regulations
