Description

You will work closely with our lead GIS solutions engineer and systems integration team to provide system management support for ArcGIS Enterprise, troubleshoot Esri application deployment, implement IT solutions, and develop tools using ArcGIS REST and Python APIs for automation. You'll design data-driven solutions for incident operations and national security events using Esri products, supporting the Department of Justice.

Requirements

• Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and Esri application deployment
• Proficiency in ArcGIS REST and Python APIs for automation
• Ability to work in an Agile-based process
• Experience with Esri products like Dashboard, Web App Builder, Survey 123, Field Maps, Story Maps
• Problem-solving skills and creativity in supporting multiple project teams

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise application deployment and system architecture issues
• Envision, design, and deploy ArcGIS cloud-based web applications and data management strategies
• Become technical expert in ArcGIS and speak confidently with customers about ESRI technology
• Solve complex problems with IT infrastructure, application design, and user experiences
• Develop tools using ArcGIS Dashboard, Insights, S123, Field Maps, ExB, and WAB
