💼 About This Role

You'll lead the ideation and production of high-converting ad creatives for a leading tech company's iGaming and social casino products. Your creatives will directly impact CPA, ROAS, and revenue through rapid testing and data-driven optimization. This role is focused on performance marketing, not branding, within a compliance-sensitive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop ad creatives including casino-native angles, gameplay ads, UGC-style videos, and AI-generated content.
• Ensure all creatives comply with sweepstakes regulations and ad platform policies.
• Analyze creative metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with User Acquisition Managers to execute and iterate concepts.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of ad creative production with proven high-performing performance ads.
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sweepstakes, or betting industries.
• Strong understanding of Meta and Google Ads ecosystems and performance metrics.
• Experience with structured creative testing frameworks and AI tools for creative production.

• Experience with UGC-style video production.
