Description

You will be the critical link between our supply chain, manufacturing floor, and customers, owning the accuracy and quality of everything moving in and out of our facility. You'll inspect incoming components, ensure finished energy systems ship on time and to spec, and communicate discrepancies across teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years QC/inspection or shipping/receiving in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
• Working knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, gauges, torque verification)
• Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Knowledge of freight processes, BOLs, and carrier coordination

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials against purchase orders, drawings, and quality specs
• Perform outgoing quality checks on finished products prior to shipment
• Accurately receive, log, and stage inbound shipments in ERP system
• Coordinate and process outbound shipments including freight and carrier management
• Identify and quarantine non-conforming materials and initiate NCR documentation
