Description

You will lead end-to-end development and launch of new products at Mill, a waste prevention technology company. Driving cross-functional teams from concept to mass production, you'll manage schedules, budgets, and manufacturing partners to bring innovative food waste solutions to market.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Technical/Operations Program Management on appliances or consumer electronics
• Experience working directly with manufacturers from design through mass production
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• BS degree desired
• Nice to have: thermal appliance/kitchen appliance experience, Mandarin fluency

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for manufacturing partners
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts through product lifecycle
• Oversee development and production build events
• Resolve trade-offs between cost, performance, and timeline
• Build and maintain program schedule and budget
