You'll lead AML/CFT frameworks and manage regulatory relationships for a mission-first fintech company. Your work will enable compliant growth while serving under-served customers in emerging markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain AML/CFT frameworks aligned with local and global regulations.
• Oversee KYC/KYB processes, transaction monitoring, and SAR reporting.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and manage IP portfolio.
• Serve as Compliance Officer and lead OJK regulatory engagement.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• More than 5 years experience in legal/compliance in financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of local financial regulations and global fintech trends.
• Experience with AML/Data Protection compliance.
