Description

You will manage a group of clinicians, facilitate weekly group treatment, maintain a caseload, and ensure compliance with best practices and regulations. Your role supports expanding access to life-saving behavioral healthcare.

Requirements

• Independently licensed mental health counselor
• Work authorized in US with native/bilingual English proficiency
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and adults
• Leadership experience in clinical setting (inpatient, outpatient, IOP, PHP)
• Familiarity with cloud-based software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Director in developing engaging clinical schedule and curriculum
• Ensure clinical services follow recognized best practices
• Crisis management and on-call responsibilities during nights/weekends
• Maintain caseload and facilitate 15+ hours of weekly group treatment
• Monitor treatment documentation for compliance with DHCS and Joint Commission standards
