🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute core bakery operations including inventory rotation and scheduling.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new staff.
• Manage bakery operations independently in the absence of the BOM.
• Partner with leadership to identify operational gaps and implement solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop hourly team members.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
