You'll own end-to-end recruitment for front of house staff across five cities, working closely with Studio Managers to understand needs. Your core impact is ensuring every studio is fully staffed with hospitality-driven talent. You'll also manage HR onboarding and continuously improve recruiting processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment of front of house staff across five cities
• Work with Studio Managers to align on hiring criteria and pipeline health
• Proactively plan headcount for existing and new studios
• Manage HR onboarding for all new hires ensuring legal compliance
• Champion hospitality in every stage of the hiring process

📋 Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in recruiting or people-facing role
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple open roles across locations
• Full professional proficiency in English and German
• Confidence working with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)

• Background in hospitality or fitness
• Familiarity with HR onboarding or employment compliance
• Experience with automation tools like n8n
