💼 About This Role

You'll independently lead biostatistics efforts for Natera's oncology portfolio, driving analytical validation studies for cutting-edge molecular diagnostic tests. You'll serve as the statistical lead on high-priority project teams, partnering with bench scientists and bioinformatics to integrate statistical expertise. This role offers the chance to impact oncology diagnostics and work with a global leader in cfDNA testing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design, analysis, and interpretation of analytical validation studies for oncology products.
• Serve as statistical lead on multiple high-priority project teams.
• Prepare comprehensive protocols and reports for collaborators and stakeholders.
• Ensure statistical methods meet regulatory standards (CAP/CLIA, NYS, FDA).

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in diagnostics or biotechnology.
• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Biostatistics or Statistics.
• Expert-level knowledge of CLSI guidelines and statistical methodology in diagnostic medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to present to non-technical executive leadership.
