💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth for Cambium Networks' defense communications solutions, managing the PTP 700 product line and developing tactical wireless systems for global military markets. You'll define market problems and lead product roadmap strategy to accelerate revenue. This role offers direct impact on disruptive COTS solutions used by US and NATO forces.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish and execute Defense and National Security market strategy.
• Manage day-to-day product management for PTP 700 and accessories.
• Identify market problems and develop business cases for new solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and supply chain to deliver products.

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of direct experience as a Program Manager with a DoD system integrator or federal agency.
• Proven technical aptitude in telecommunications/RF/wireless or networking industries.
• US military service with specialization in contracting, logistics, signals, or tactical communications or equivalent civilian experience.
