💼 About This Role

You'll serve as trusted finance partner to the GM and cross-functional leaders, driving growth and strategic decision-making. You'll translate driver analysis into KPIs and investment priorities, run accountability cadences, and shape the business narrative. This high-impact role reports to the VP of Strategic Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with GM and leaders across Product, Operations, Supply Chain
• Define and measure key business performance metrics
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover drivers of performance
• Build investment-grade business cases for growth opportunities
• Produce monthly performance narrative with risks and opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic finance, FP&A or corporate strategy
• Structured problem solver with ambiguous business challenges
• Strong hands-on driver-based forecasting and modeling
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without authority

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Product/Commercial teams or high-growth environments
• Technical fluency with SQL/BigQuery, Looker/Sigma
